Fried Pork with Veggies

Its time for yummy weekends once again.  Time to participate to  Food Trip Friday and Yummy Sunday. I am not sure what the menu is called but we had this when we went to the City7 Mall.  It's a fried pork with veggies, rice and other condiments.

Comfort Foods

My entry for  Food Trip Friday and Yummy Sunday are the comfort food  that we had a couple of weeks ago.   When I am kinda lazy to cook, I just prepare those that are quick and easy which doesn't require chopping and all that stuff.

 Have a sumptuous weekend everyone!

Spare Ribs con Broccoli & Cheese

TGIF, time to a sumptuous weekend once again.  What do you have in your kitchen.  I am sharing the spare ribs that we have the other day for this week's Food Trip Friday and Yummy Sunday.  I made broccoli and cheese as a side dish.

Preparing the ribs is easy.  I boiled it in water with a chopped up onion, added some salt and a little bit of vinegar.  When the meat is tender enough, baste it with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce then bake it for about thirty minutes or if you prefer to grill it instead.  It tasted very good!  Plus you can use the soup to any dish, I used it in cooking my bihon.

Have a lovely weekend everyone!

Holiday Fun Eyeglasses

Have you check out the New Arrivals from Zenni Optical yet? They have a new collection of Holiday Fun Eyeglasses that would be great to use this coming holidays. One great thing that you can get out of buying your prescription glasses from them is the best deal in price. You can get as low as $8 Prescription Zenni Glasses. One of my favorite is the one below.

I love you!

My husband love eating potato chips. One of his most favorite is the ruffled potato chips. He was eating it the other day and she said "Hey hon, here's how much I Love You,  I would be willing to let you eat my heart!" And he gave me this piece.
I didn't eat it though, I put it in my collection of memorabilia.  I am not very fond of eating chips, only if I am in the mood.

Snack Attack

We bought these snacks at the local market last week.  I got attracted to its looks because they are similar to those kakanins in my homeland Philippines.
Hubby loves this one (not in the picture coz he ate it all already lol) that looks like bola bola.  It's a Korean donuts made with sweet rice with red bean paste (inside filling).  It's got a glaze fried on the outside that looks like karaoka.

Voluptuous Body Swimsuits

Are you hesitant to wear a swimsuit because you are a plus size?  I am sure you will change your mind if you see the selection of swimsuits at Swimsuit for All.  They have great selection of plus size swimwear so if you have a voluptuous body, you will be able to find one that will really accentuate your body.  What I like about their plus size bathing suits are the designs and the prices, they are within anyone's budget.

Chicken Alfredo

My entry for this week's  Food Trip Friday is the Chicken Alfredo that we had for dinner yesterday.  It's very easy to make this menu. You just need a spaghetti noodles, alfredo sauce, and chicken breast.  You need two cloves of garlic crushed then saute it in olive oil with the chicken breast then just add the sauce.  A dash of paprika always gives a good kick.

S'mores Cookies feature everything you love about the campfire favorite: graham cracker crumbs in the cookies and melting mini marshmallows and squares of chocolate on top.

SOFT & CHEWY
Chocolate chip-like in texture but with a taste all their own,Butterscotch Toffee Cookies blend two made-for-each-other ingredients into a soft almond cookie base.

NUTRAGEOUS
Getting an early taste of the holidays couldn't be easier with Pecan Pie Cookies, which cradle a sweet brown sugar-pecan filling.

THE SURE THING
Loaded with M&Ms and other mix-ins, Peanut Butter Oatmeal Monster Cookies are always such a hit, we bring copies of the recipe with us whenever we serve them.

Taco

My daughter was in the mood for taco last week so when we had our groceries, we bought some ingredients for taco.  We find a good deal on the lettuce, it was only 99 cents per head.  Making taco is very easy as long as you have your ingredients, you can prepare it in 20 minutes or less.
Here's my ingredients (the gound beef is already cooking in the pan cooking.
EJ does not like this kind of food, my daughter can eat anyhting.
Believe it or not, we used all the taco shells hahaha.  We had a little  meat left over and I made it chili the next day, oh diva hehehe.
